Dr. Nate Williams
Dr. Williams was raised in a small town in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan called Iron Mountain. It was there he gained a love of sports and the outdoors which has followed him throughout his life. He attended college at Michigan State University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology-Exercise Science. After graduating from Michigan State he left the Midwest for sunny California where he then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose. Upon graduating chiropractic school he chose to move to Denver to take advantage of the amenities of the city and the endless activities the mountains provide. He was fortunate to be able to learn from some of the top sports chiropractors while at Palmer West and was also able to work with athletes of all ages and ability competing in a wide range of sports. Dr. Williams is also a credentialed Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He holds certifications in Functional Dry Needling as well as the Selective Functional Movement Assessment.
Outside of the office Dr. Williams is an avid outdoorsman, sports fan and music fan. When he gets free time he can be found fly fishing on the endless amount of rivers that Colorado has to offer, seeking fresh tracks on his snowboard after a big storm, or catching an awesome live show at Red Rocks.
Dr. Williams is able to relate to athletes due to the fact that he has played a variety of sports over the years and has also had to deal with injury and pain. He knows what it is like to train hard to achieve a physical goal and also knows how difficult it can be to rehabilitate an injury that prevents you from participating in the activities that you love. That is why his goal is to get you back to performing at your optimal level as quickly as he can so that you don’t have to miss out on the things that give you enjoyment. Whether you are a weekend warrior or competing at the highest professional level, Dr. Williams will always treat you personally, and professionally.
